Cutwater offers Money Market Prime strategies for those investors seeking high quality, liquid portfolios managed within the diversification, ratings and maturity guidelines of SEC rule 2a-7. Funds in this style are designed to provide investors with daily liquidity at a stable $1.00 per share NAV. The weighted average maturity for these products should not exceed 60 days with most individual holdings limited to a final maturity of 13 months. Typical sectors used in the management of these styles can include U.S. government securities, repurchase agreements, commercial paper, short term corporate notes and other money market instruments. The benchmark for this composite is the BofA Merill Lynch 3-Month U.S. Treasury Bill Index.
