Ms. Mattin joined Cutwater Asset Management in 2004 and is a vice president and portfolio manager responsible for the management of the local government investment money market pools. Additionally, she manages liquidity investments across portfolios and assists in the management of short duration portfolios including strategy and trade execution. Prior to her role in the portfolio management group, Ms. Mattin held various roles in marketing and client service. Before joining Cutwater, she was a surety underwriter for St. Paul Travelers. Ms. Mattin has a bachelor's degree in finance from George Mason University where she graduated with honors.
